Dryness in throat

Due to lack of water in the body, there is dryness in the mouth and throat, due to which, along with the problem of breathing, foul smell starts coming from the mouth, because due to lack of water, saliva i.e. saliva is not produced in sufficient quantity in the mouth. Which works to control the bacteria responsible for bad breath. Due to this, the number of bacteria increases in the mouth and foul smell starts coming from the mouth. In the state of dehydration, despite drinking water, one feels thirsty again and again because water does not stay in the body. Instead of drinking plain water, drink lemon water or water with electrolyte solution. Hunger is also felt more in the problem of dehydration.
