He knew the ways of the world and came up with exactly what needs to be done to get what you want. He probably was like a Rishi who could see the problem instead of just understanding the problem, and solve it in a way unheard of and intelligent. 1. It is important to keep self-interest aside when an issue has arisen at workplace. Forget your selfish goals that induce you to make use of the situation to your advantage. Team interest should be your foremost preference. But Chanakya has something important to say when you wish to finally decide what should be done with the problem and how it should be dealt with. You should gather the opinions of all the team members no doubt, but take a decision keeping your interest in mind. Because you are deciding on behalf of everyone and that impacts everybody and everything. So give them time to put forth their ideas and decide based on what suits you as well.

2. Give your honest efforts in finding solutions to the problems, do not escape or avoid or shy away from problems. Solution is reached only when the first step towards this is taken. The first step does not straightaway lead to the hundredth step which is the solution. It is only after 99 percent failing steps, that we are able to reach the hundredth step at one go. Secondly there is no problem that does not have a solution. Every problem comes with a solution and we have to find the solution inside this maze and go ahead, and complete the maze game which is why they say that God does not give you problems that you can’t handle.
